- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup freshly ground coffee beans
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugars, egg, melted butter and vanilla essence until you get a homogeneous mass.
Add the ground coffee beans and chocolate chips to the dough and mix well.
Place spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
